Curlylocks provides locksmith services across Derbyshire and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Customers must provide reasonable proof of ownership or authority before any lock opening work is carried out.

We reserve the right to refuse service where adequate proof is not provided.

We always aim for non-destructive entry. However:

• This cannot be guaranteed
• Some locks may require drilling or replacement
• Additional parts and labour may be chargeable

By requesting service, you accept this risk.

• Quotes are estimates based on information provided
• Final price may vary depending on the work required on site
• Any additional costs will be explained where possible before proceeding.

Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to withhold keys, parts, or completion until payment is received.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Curlylocks shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

Where parts are supplied, any manufacturer warranty will apply.

No warranty is given for:

• Customer-supplied parts
• Pre-existing faulty mechanisms
• Wear and tear after service
